In order to ensure the safety of all guests and protect our lakeside gem, we ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • No ATVs or four wheelers allowed

  • 1 golf cart per site allowed*

  • No clotheslines or kiddie pools

  • No tents, popups or sleeping outside of the RV

  • No sleeping in passenger vehicles

  • No washing or reparing of vehicles or boats

  • No generators

  • No skateboards, scooters, skates or blades

  • No climbing on rocks, walls or fences

  • No trimming of trees or plants

Check In Time: 2pm

Cancellations: We understand that life happens and sometimes plans have to change. We will be happy to reschedule your time at the park, or refund your reservation. Our cancellation policy is if you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you forfeit your deposit. To help with administrative costs, we do charge a $25 cancellation fee which is deducted from your deposit.

REFUNDS: If you depart early, the site reverts to Riverbend RV Park, with no refunds or prorating of site fee.

For an arrival after 8pm, please notify park management at 512-694-0094.

Emergencies: For medical and fire, call 911 before contacting resort management. Park emergencies (no power, water or plumbing problems) please contact park management at 512 694 0094.

Additional Vehicles: $5/ day or night

ATVs: Not allowed

Golf Carts: Golf carts are allowed, 1 per site. Carts must stay in designated roadway areas. Drivers must be responsible and at least 16 years and older.

Handicapped Bathroom: Please help us keep the bathroom clean by reporting any problems to management.

Late Arrivals: Please notify park management at 512 694 0094 if you are going to be arriving after 8pm.

Not Allowed: Fireworks, clotheslines, kiddie pools, washing of or repairing of vehicles or boats, and generators. No skateboards, scooters, roller skates, roller blades, ATV’s or four wheelers. No climbing on rocks, walls or fences. No sleeping in passenger vehicles or outside of RV’s. No trimming of trees or plants. No tents or pop-ups.

Parking: Each RV site is allowed to have 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles will be $5 each. Parking is allowed in designated area only.

Pet Policy:

  • You are responsible for pickup of your dog’s poop! No exceptions.

  • One people-friendly dog is allowed per site. Additional dogs are $5 per night, per dog. We limit each site to 2 dogs only.

  • No pets over 25 lbs without prior management approval.

  • Riverbend RV Park does not accept particular breeds (Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit Bull or Chows) that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the resort along with their owners.

  • Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 10 feet when outside owners’ vehicles. The pet must accompanied by the owner. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.

  • Do not create your own dog park. Dog fences can be no larger than 6’x8’. Dog runs between the trees is not allowed.

  • Constant barking and pet messes bother other guests. If you need a plastic bag, please contact management. If your pet is too vocal or its poop is not cleaned up, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund.

Visiting pets are not permitted.

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. In the event you need to contact us during quiet hours, call 512 694 0094.

RV Sites:

  • Rental includes for 2 people/1 pet/1 vehicle

  • Additional adults are $5 p/night

  • Additional vehicles are $5 p/night, please advise how many vehicles you will have before arrival

Security: While we have not had a problem with security, we assume no responsibility for loss of property or injury or death of guests while on park property.

Trash: Please keep your RV site clean and litter free (including cigarette butts and dog poop). Dispose of garbage in trash cans provided around the park.

Management is not responsible for the loss, damage or injury to persons or property. Management reserves the right to terminate they stay of any guest if they are deemed to be a disruption to other guests in our park. No refunds will be provided if your stay is terminated by management.
